Refund policy

By checking out, you acknowledge that you are purchasing a ticket for a private, live experience and that ALL SALES ARE FINAL.  Tickets are nonrefundable and nontransferable.

If you have additional questions not addressed in this CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY please send an email to: BOOKINGS@ESCAPEROOM66.com. Please include your Order Number, Name, Date, Time and Game Name.

No-shows in your party are not available for ticket refunds, however you are encouraged to find additional players to fill out your reservation.

PLEASE CHECK THE LOCATION BEFORE PURCHASING A TICKET. Refunds are not available when showing up to play at a location that differs from your booking.

RESCHEDULING

If you need to reschedule your game 48 hours or more prior to your reservation time, you may do so for no extra charge. Please call 727-642-9599 to reschedule your game within this time period.

If you need to reschedule your game within 48 to 24 hours before your reservation, there is a $60 rescheduling fee. If you are issued a gift card to rebook your game, that gift card will be valid for 30 days. Please call 727-642-9599 to reschedule your game within this time period. 

Since you have purchased a ticket for a particular room, group size, date, time and location, no refunds, credits or reschedules are provided within 24 hours of your appointment.

if you miss your time slot you will need to purchase a new ticket. No refunds or credits will be given for players who contact us after play time.
