CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULES

You are purchasing a private, live experience. All sales are final. Tickets are nonrefundable. In order to be fair and affordable to all of our customers WE DO NOT MAKE EXCEPTIONS TO OUR REFUND POLICY.

No-shows in your party are not available for refund, however you are encouraged to find additional players to fill out your reservation.

If you need to reschedule your game 48 hours or more prior to your reservation time, you may do so for no extra charge.

If you need to reschedule your game within 48 to 24 hours before your reservation, there is a $60 rescheduling fee. If you are issued a code to rebook your game, that code will be valid for 30 days.

Please check the location before booking. Rescheduling does not include changing locations.

Since your time slot has been reserved exclusively for your party, no refunds, credits or reschedules are provided within 24 hours of your appointment.

if you miss your time slot you will need to rebook. no refunds or credits will be given for players who contact us after your play time.
