CANCELLATIONS AND RESCHEDULES

You are purchasing a private, live experience. All sales are final. Tickets are nonrefundable.

No-shows in your party are not available for refund, however you are encouraged to find additional players to fill out your reservation.

If you need to reschedule your game 48 hours or more prior to your reservation time, you may do so for no extra charge.

If you need to reschedule your game within 48 to 24 hours before your reservation, there is a $60 rescheduling fee.

Since your time slot has been reserved exclusively for your party, no refunds, credits or reschedules are provided within 24 hours of your appointment.

if you miss your time slot you will need to rebook. no refunds or credits will be given for players who contact us after your play time.

ARRIVING FOR YOUR GAME

Please arrive 10 minutes prior to the start of your game.

Players who arrive more than 15 minutes after their scheduled start time may forfeit their play time.
